You need a new set of conductive rubber and a smaller philips screwdriver

Remove marked screws on controller

Open controller and remove the pcb

Remove old conductive rubber

Install new conductive rubber

Clean the pcb on marked positions with iospropylalcohol and re-assemble the controller
